Is your Odoo ready for ZATCA?

Tell us your Odoo version. In a free 30-minute call we check what is missing and give you a fixed plan.

Can Odoo connect to ZATCA?

Yes. Odoo's Saudi localisation includes ZATCA Phase 2: sales journals are onboarded with an OTP from the Fatoora portal, B2B invoices are cleared and B2C simplified invoices are reported with a QR code. We set it up and test it in the ZATCA sandbox first.

Which ZATCA wave am I in?

ZATCA notifies each taxpayer directly. Wave 25 covers businesses with VAT-able revenue above SAR 187,500 in 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025, with a 1 February 2027 deadline. Wave 24 (above SAR 375,000) had to be live by 30 June 2026.

Which Odoo version do I need?

ZATCA Phase 2 is supported in recent Odoo versions. If you are on an older version, we check it first and plan an upgrade if needed.

Can invoices be in Arabic?

Yes, Arabic-only or bilingual Arabic/English invoices and POS receipts.

What happens if ZATCA rejects an invoice?

Odoo shows ZATCA's answer on each invoice: accepted, accepted with warnings or rejected. We help you fix the cause and send it again.
