Who is this for?
Companies that rent out heavy equipment: cranes, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, manlifts, forklifts and generators, with or without operators. Also contractors who rent their own fleet to other projects.
Does it work on Odoo Community or only Enterprise?
Both. The apps are built on standard Odoo 19 apps (Invoicing, Portal), so they run on Community, Enterprise, Odoo.sh and on-premise.
How are monthly rates billed for part of a month?
The monthly rate is divided by the working days of that month (Fridays excluded) and billed for every day the machine worked or stood by on site. Breakdown days are not billed, and hours above the daily standard are billed as extra hours.
Are the invoices ZATCA compliant?
The apps create standard Odoo customer invoices, so Odoo's Saudi localisation and ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing apply as soon as your journal is onboarded to Fatoora. We can set that up for you.
Do site engineers need an Odoo licence to approve log sheets?
No. They get a secure link by email and approve or reject the log sheet in the free Odoo customer portal.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. We install it, import your fleet, rates, documents and running rentals, set up invoicing and train your team.
