Questions about hiring through us
What does “B2B” hiring mean?
You sign a service agreement with DigitalVizta Technologies instead of an employment contract with a person. We handle the expert’s salary, equipment and benefits, and send you one monthly invoice.
Can we interview the expert first?
Yes. After you share your requirements we introduce the expert on a short call so you can check their skills and communication before starting.
Who owns the code, and will you sign an NDA?
You own all code and deliverables; it is delivered to your repository or Odoo.sh project and written into the agreement. We sign your NDA or ours before we get any access.
What if the expert is on leave or leaves?
Because you hire through a company, we arrange cover during leave and a documented handover to a replacement if ever needed.
Can we change hours or stop?
Yes. Move between plans, add hours or people, or end the engagement with the notice period agreed in the contract.
How does the free 1-week trial work?
We agree one small Odoo task in writing and work on it for up to three hours across five business days. Production deployment, major builds, third-party fees and emergency cover are not included.
