The challenge
The client needed one reliable technical owner for their Odoo environment: servers that stay fast and secure, a clean and well-organised codebase, and someone who could respond quickly when an urgent server issue came up during the GMT+4 working day.
What we did
We took responsibility for server operations and the Odoo.sh environment, organised files and ready-made solutions on the server, developed and troubleshot custom Odoo modules, and wrote technical documentation for every solution so it can be maintained and scaled later. We joined up to three review meetings a week and handled urgent requests as they came in.
